1. Product Safety, Quality & Verification new

MEDICAL SADHAN operates solely as a technology platform connecting healthcare businesses. The company does not manufacture, store, distribute, verify, or inspect any products listed on the platform.

All responsibility related to products including but not limited to:

• product safety, quality, authenticity,
• regulatory compliance (including drug licences, expiry, storage conditions),
• any defect or counterfeit,

lies entirely with the respective vendor or supplier listing the product. MEDICAL SADHAN shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from product defects, counterfeit goods, or regulatory violations.

This clause appears in Terms of Use, Vendor Agreement, and Disclaimer.

2. Order Responsibility Clause buyer-vendor direct

Orders placed through the MEDICAL SADHAN platform represent direct transactions between the buyer and vendor. MEDICAL SADHAN:

• does not accept orders on behalf of vendors
• does not process product payments
• does not control pricing
• does not guarantee product availability

All obligations related to order acceptance, fulfillment, and delivery lie solely with the vendor.

3. Returns and Refund Clause no payment processing

Since MEDICAL SADHAN operates as a digital networking platform, the company does not process product payments or refunds. All returns, replacements, and refund matters related to products must be resolved directly between the buyer and vendor. MEDICAL SADHAN shall not be responsible for refund disputes between users.

4. Subscription Fee Policy non-negotiable

MEDICAL SADHAN operates on a subscription-based model. The following fees grant access to platform services including vendor discovery, digital ordering tools, networking, and advertising features (where applicable).

Non-Refundable Clause

All subscription fees paid to MEDICAL SADHAN are non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated:

• no refunds, no partial refunds, no cancellation refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are paying for platform access, not for product quality, order success, or any specific outcome.

5. Age Restriction Clause 18+ only

MEDICAL SADHAN services are intended exclusively for business entities and individuals aged 18 years or older. By registering on the platform, users confirm that they are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

The platform is not intended for minors. Accounts found to be operated by persons under 18 may be suspended or terminated without notice.

6. Vendor Verification Clarification

While MEDICAL SADHAN may collect documents such as:

• Drug License
• GST registration
• PAN / Aadhaar

such verification is conducted only for platform onboarding purposes. Document submission does not constitute certification or guarantee of vendor authenticity by MEDICAL SADHAN. Users are advised to conduct independent verification before engaging in transactions.
